I can’t delete anything in my outlook express. First I thought It was my computer, but it wasn’t. It was just in Outlook Express.

Solution:

There are too many emails in your box. First delete the Delete Items Folder by going into: C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR COMPUTERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\XXXXXXXXXXX RANDOM LETTERS AND NUMBERS\Microsoft\Outlook Express

Look for the “Deleted Items.dbx” file and rename it “Deleted Items-old.dbx”. Then restart your outlook express. The program should create a new deleted items.dbx file and you should be able to delete emails again.

If that’s still not enough, try deleting the ” Sent Items.dbx ” file. Both not as important.

Others have also mentioned compacting the inbox via Tools/Options/Maintenance…

If you’re unable to send email usign a form, either via wordpress using any of their many plugins or via a php form page, it’s not wordpress or the script, most likely it’s your server configuration.

Make sure that sendmail for PHP is enabled (most likely it is since by default it should be). But check with your hosting provider to make sure it is.

Also make sure you have a root user email enabled for your server. This is most likely the problem. Whatever your root user user name is, make sure an email box has been created for it. A Virtmap or user box.
