The top 10% pay 70% of all taxes,

The top 25% pay 86%

The top 50% pay 97%.

The Bottom 50% of the population pay only 3% of Federal Income Taxes.

Is this what you call Fair Taxation?

In Fact, I would bet the majority of the bottom 50% receive Federal Benefits or subsidies, which is a form of negative taxation!
