We always wanted to have a in house shopping cart server until we realize it was too
expensive and when we seen a large company like Tiger Direct was using Yahoo's shopping
cart service rather then have there own which they very much could since they sell all the
equipment needed,this pretty much told us we need to use a shopping cat service rather
than to furnish our own and we did not want to pay high prices for the service like yahoo
charges. So we started looking and kept looking for months for a service that would fit
our needs and one that we could afford.

I have been in the Technical Support and online service industry since 1996.
I've done tech support for Microsoft, Disney Interactive, Gateway, and US West. I'm
currently working for a small outfit that started in my boss'extra bedroom and now does
multimillion dollar business with a staff of 16 and a 24x7x365 tech support staff of three
people. Until a couple months ago, my title here was Director of Technical Support.
That said, I know what it takes for a large company with huge assets tocreate a working
technical support department. I also know that it is much more difficult for a smaller
company such as yours.
I have sent you email... What... 15 or 20 times. Sometimes with stupid questions and
sometimes with difficult ones. You've responded back within a few hours each time with
simple, easy to use solutions. You may not know this now, but that kind of service is
difficult to find from any vendor.
Nine times out of ten I end up talking to someone who knows less than I do about the
subject.
I think that I can sum it up with something that actually happened today. I found myself
telling our Business Manager about your recent solution and saying "I love doing
business with this company".
If you're the boss... Good on you. If you're not, please send them this. Because it's
really not bullshit, you guys have a great product and excellent support.

business online for at least 5-6 years now, have had pay per month shopping carts, bought
shopping carts, hosts, advertising packages, dial up, etc, etc and have NEVER had support
